Dual-service childcare brand: 102 qualified leads in 30 days
The context
This example covers a dual-service childcare brand based in North Melbourne, VIC. The brand had recently opened a newly built service, refurbished its existing service and completed a full rebrand, and wanted to lift occupancy quickly. Figures are reported at brand level across the two services.
The work
We ran Facebook lead ads and Google Ads campaigns for both services, alongside the rebrand and launch activity.
The results
In the first 30 days of campaigns, the brand generated 102 qualified leads across the two services:
- 51 qualified leads from Facebook ads, at a cost of $21.83 per lead (1,737 clicks, 85,559 ad impressions)
- 51 conversions from Google Ads, at a cost of $25.31 per conversion (986 clicks, a 5.17% conversion rate)
Occupancy began climbing from the first month. After three months, group occupancy across the two services had increased by 45%.
What this example shows
Coordinated advertising across Facebook and Google can generate enquiry volume quickly for a new or rebranded service. The occupancy movement reflects the marketing work alongside the brand’s new facility, refurbishment, pricing, service quality and local demand, so it cannot be attributed to advertising alone.
