A Castle Hill, NSW centre reached 90% occupancy within 10 months, with Google Ads driving an average of 12 leads per week at $23 per lead.
How we took a Castle Hill centre to 90% within 10 months
The context
This centre first came to Enrolment Boost in 2020 seeking help to increase occupancy at their Bondi location. A year later, following that success, they opened a second location in Castle Hill.
Castle Hill was an existing centre rebranded under the same name as the Bondi service. It came with pre-existing issues, including a poor reputation and low general occupancy. With Bondi already known for high-quality care and trusted brand awareness online, we merged both locations into one website.
The work
Organic SEO. Merging Castle Hill with the existing Bondi domain allowed us to bypass the slow trust-building period a brand new site faces with Google. When Google’s Core Web Vitals update landed, we were prepared, and within the first three months every relevant keyword was ranked and driving serious traffic.
Google Ads. It was important that leads came through for Castle Hill immediately, not just after the website ranked. We drove an average of 12 leads per week at a cost of $23 per lead. In 10 months, Castle Hill reached 90% occupancy.
Facebook advertising. A straightforward retargeting funnel kept the centre front of mind for families still in the decision-making phase. The Centre Manager created a quick video tour showcasing the transformation since the rebrand, alongside static image ads encouraging families to book a playdate. Because the audience already knew the brand, these converted strongly, with a 9x return on ad spend.
What this example shows
Combining an established domain, immediate paid search and retargeting can rebuild a rebranded service’s occupancy quickly, even when it starts with reputation challenges.
